ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day OTC operations: performing collection activities, bank statement posting and reconciliation, execute refunds and write-offs, execute credit management tasks, perform customer clearing, replying to internal and external queries, AR reconciliation and reporting,
- Ensures daily operations are carried out according to Group finance policies and agreed SLAs/KPIs,
- Play active role in transition, continuous improvement, process standardization and automation,
- First line contact and support for any OTC related queries from internal and external stakeholders ,
- Preparation and maintenance of SOP (standard operational process documentation),
- Assistance with the annual audit process and internal/external controls,
- Take part in departmental projects and standardization initiatives,
- Ability to indicate any improvements in processes.

WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:

- Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations,
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in OTC,
- Prior experience in working in BPO/ SSC environment,
- Very good command of English min B2, additional language will be an asset, especially German,
- Analytical skills, paying attention to details,
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field of study,
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and teamwork capabilities,
- Very good MS Office skills.
